Brenda Vallejo

Insurance Verifer

Brenda grew up moving from state to state, attending different schools over the years, before her family settled in Texas, which she considers home.

She admits she never dreamed of working within hearing care, but when a position at All About Hearing 4u came up for an Insurance Verifer, she took it. Brenda says she is glad she did because her experience has been amazing.

Her workday involves performing a wide range of tasks, including accounts receivable for all four clinics, making phone calls, upgrading forms, producing letters for collection, making payments for patients, doing daily deposits for our clinic, and much more. She also translates for the doctor and our patients.

Brenda loves the variety each day brings. However, her favorite part of her job is working with her co-workers and helping patients.

Outside of the office, Brenda enjoys playing with her grandkids, traveling with her husband, and sitting on her back porch with a cup of coffee while listening to the birds. She can also be found reading a good mystery novel, working on puzzles, and helping at her church.
