Patricia Rodriguez
Patricia grew up in Falfurrias, TX, and attended school there as well, graduating in 1995.
As our patient care coordinator, Patricia is responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly by performing a number of tasks. Her day begins by opening up the office early, turning on all of the TVs, lights, computers, and the coffee machine.
Throughout the day, Patricia keeps busy by making appointments; receiving referrals from doctors’ offices; calling patients to gather all necessary information; asking patients for insurance cards and sending information to our insurance coordinator; selling batteries; cleaning and checking hearing aids; plus many other administrative tasks.

Patricia’s favorite part of being an All About Hearing team member is the ability to feel comfortable asking her colleagues questions. Everyone makes Patricia feel like they are a family taking care of each other, learning from each other, and having fun while working. This makes it so easy to come to work each day.
According to Patricia, working at All About Hearing makes her feel important and cared about. Health and family time are valued, as well as time away from work if needed. Patricia says her boss is so understanding, and this makes her want to come to work each day because of how everyone is cared for.
The most rewarding part of Patricia’s job is seeing how a patient’s face lights up following their hearing devices being turned on. She recalls one young man who had not been able to hear for years and the day he came and got fitted for his cochlear implant. His face was priceless leaving the office, and Patricia was so happy seeing the difference it made for him.
In her free time, Patricia enjoys walking outside, going to parks and seeing all the different type of plants, visiting craft stores, bowling, movies, and spending as much time with her family as possible.
