At All About Hearing, our focus is not only on your hearing health – but your overall safety and wellbeing.

This is why we want to assure you that we’re here to provide safe hearing care for our valued Midland community.

Since the start of the global pandemic in March 2020, our team has adapted and overcome challenges to ensure we can continue providing the 5-star hearing care you deserve.

Although things are looking up, we must now consider the impact of the Omicron variant and how this strain might affect vulnerable people in our community. For this reason, we have ongoing safety protocols in place to ensure you and your loved ones remain safe during your visit at All About Hearing.

Please take time to read the following information before your next appointment.

#1 – Sanitizing Protocols

Extra time has been scheduled between appointments to ensure that all surfaces and furniture are thoroughly sanitized for the next person to arrive in the safest environment possible.

Cleaning includes –

• Door handles
• Chairs
• Equipment
• Toilet
• Cleaning stations

#2 – Your Arrival

When you arrive at our clinic, hand sanitizer will be provided to use as soon as you enter. All of our staff and other visitors must use hand sanitizer when at our office.

#3 – Pre-Appointment Healthcheck

We kindly ask all patients and visitors to re-schedule their appointment if they have had a fever or cough in the last ten days. Also, please ensure that you are not COVID positive when you come to an appointment.

Equally, our team is asked to do daily temperature checks and routine COVID tests to ensure the continued safety of patients and team members.

#4 – The Use Of PPE

Our team is also required to use PPE such as disposable gloves and CDC-approved facemasks to ensure you and your loved ones stay protected. Therefore, at this time, we kindly advise you to follow current mask mandates according to the CDC government guidelines unless you are exempt.

#5 – Curbside And Remote Appointments

Our no-contact appointments remain available during this time. Since their proven success from the start of the pandemic, our team agreed that both curbside appointments and Remote Access Audiology are to remain as key services to our Midland community.

Curbside appointments are similar to any other drive-thru style service found in towns and cities across the US.

But the significant difference is, instead of collecting burgers and fries, patients receive fast, efficient, contact-free hearing support from a specialist.

This includes:

• Clean and Checks
• Hearing aid repairs
• Battery deliveries

All patients need to do is remain in the comfort and safety of their vehicle, and a member of the team will be ready to help them.

Remote Access Audiology works through video calling technology, where we can ensure your needs are met while you stay safe at home. After all, family takes care of one another, and we will proudly continue to take care of you.
