All About Hearing Curbside

After the COVID-19 outbreak, the team decided to implement a brand-new service that would allow patients to access hearing healthcare support without spreading the virus.

It’s was called, ‘Curbside Appointments’

With this, patients could receive fast, effective hearing healthcare assistance while remaining safe and secure inside their vehicles.

This service became hugely successful. Hundreds of patients booked appointments, and the team were able to ensure that no one’s hearing requirements went unanswered in the community.

All About Hearing is proud to say that Curbside Appointments has now become a permanent part of each center’s approach to care, alongside Remote Access Audiology and in-person consultations.

However, one question patients often ask is, How does this service work in practice?”

#1 – Plan your visit

It’s preferable to book an appointment with All About Hearing prior to coming to one of the centers. With this, you can arrange a time to see one of the specialists.

However, staff know this isn’t always possible. Therefore, it’s also fine to “drive-up” to one of the clinics without a prior booking and receive assistance. But you may find that you have to wait a little longer.

#2 – Parking Up and waiting for assistance

When you arrive, all you need to do is locate an available parking space. Then, a member of the team will come out to greet you.

Usually, waiting times are less than ten minutes, although specialist aspire to help those using this service as quickly as possible.

#3 – Receive Help and Care

The specialists at the centers will be able to assist you with a variety of requests – whether you require a clean and check, hearing aid repairs, or an extra set of batteries.

This makes hearing care not only fast and effective, but also safe during the epidemic.

To schedule your ‘Curbside Appointment’ call the team at (432) 689-2220 and let them know which center you would like to attend.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
