Patient Care Coordinator

Rhealynn grew up in Fort Stockton, Texas, and later moved to Midland. A graduate of Coleman High School, Rhealynn is currently enrolled at Midland College.

She had no doubts about joining the world of hearing care. Rhealynn shares that she has always been interested in roles that would allow her to make a positive impact on people’s lives. All About Hearing 4 U, according to her, does just that.

As our patient care coordinator, Rhealynn’s workday is filled with varied responsibilities, such as communicating, coordinating, and ensuring the insurance process; verifying patients’ benefits and information; clarifying copays and deductibles; and answering any questions. She loves her coworkers’ positive energy as well as the patients who come wanting to better understand their environments.

Outside of work, Rhealynn is a full-time dog mom. She can often be found with her dogs at the local park trying to get all their energy out before bed.

Just for Fun

If you could have dinner with anyone, who would it be? I would choose my grandpa. 
He constantly works to provide, and us sharing meals makes me feel at home anywhere.

What is your favorite sports team?
I would say the Dallas Cowboys, of course.

What is your favorite food?
It would have to be spaghetti with sugar. Don’t knock it till you try it!

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?
I would travel to Japan and see all the advanced technology!
