Patient Coordinator

Amy grew up in Odessa, TX. As our patient coordinator, Amy’s role revolves around ensuring all of our patients’ needs are met.

A typical workday for Amy includes answering phone calls; checking patients in and out; managing call referrals and scheduling appointments; taking patients’ payments; replying to emails and Weave texts and calls; and assisting with the cleaning of hearing aids when needed. Amy enjoys taking care of our patients and thrives within the family atmosphere within the office where the All About Hearing team works so well together.

Outside of work, Amy likes to hang out with her husband and family, play video games, work out, and immerse herself in a good book.
