In response to the recent COVID-19 crisis, All About Hearing has taken an innovative step in hearing healthcare by introducing its tele-audiology service – Remote Access Audiology.
Through video calling technology, we can ensure your needs are met while you stay safe at home. After all, family takes care of one another, and we will proudly continue to take care of you.
What is Remote Access Audiology?

All About Hearing has now introduced tele-audiology to ensure each and every one of our patients doesn’t miss out on their hearing healthcare.
Both new and existing patients are welcome to set up a 15-minute video consultation by using their smartphone, tablet, or computer to discuss their hearing issues and stay on track with their ongoing hearing care journey. With Remote Access Audiology, one of our doctors of audiology will answer any questions you may have about your hearing or assist you with your hearing device care and maintenance remotely.
This is our way of putting your health and safety first.
All obligation-free appointments are complimentary and designed to keep your hearing care up to date when in-person appointments at our office are not possible.
How It Works
Step 1 - Schedule
Complete the form on this page and a member of the team will contact you to schedule your “Remote Access Audiology” appointment.
Step 2 - Instructions
Following confirmation of your appointment, you will receive an email which contains instructions on how to test your mic, speaker, and camera, and a link to click prior to the call.
Step 3 - Speak to a Doctor of Audiology
At the agreed date and time, one of our Doctors of Audiology will enter the call for your face to face video appointment.
Step 4 - Complimentary Advice
You will receive in-depth advice and support with any hearing challenges you may be having. If further help is needed, our audiologist will be able to offer recommendations on how to proceed.
