All About Hearing COVID

As Midland’s most trusted hearing care experts and Permian Basin’s first Doctor of Audiology, nothing matters more than the health and wellbeing of our patients and community.

With the challenges being presented by COVID-19 and based on recommendations by the CDC, an immediate five-step protocol has been put into place to ensure the safety of you, other patients, and our team.

#1 – Hand Washing on Arrival

All patients must wash their hands upon arrival as clearly marked on the office door. Upon entering, all patients must then use the provided hand sanitizer.

#2 – Rescheduling Routine Appointments

During these challenging times, the decision has been made to reschedule all routine appointments. If you have an upcoming routine appointment scheduled, our team will contact you shortly or you can contact us to reschedule/discuss.

#3 – Minimum Company for Appointments

You’re kindly asked to bring a maximum of one person with you for your appointment, and ideally visit alone if possible.

#4 – Thorough Cleaning Between Appointments

Between appointments, additional time has been scheduled to thoroughly clean all surfaces and ensure each patient is entering a sterile environment.

#5 – Please Ensure You’re in Good Health

In the same way that our team’s health is being monitored daily through temperature checks and routine hand sanitation, you are kindly asked to reschedule your appointment if you have had a fever or cough, or have traveled out of the country during the past two weeks.

Please know that just as we have been for the past 13 years, All About Hearing remains here for you

Regardless of whether you need help with your hearing devices or you need any form of additional help/support, you are our family and you will always be treated like family.

Please call us with any questions or challenges at 432-689-2220.

We are here for you.

The team at All About Hearing.

Brian Martin

Brian was born in San Angelo, Texas, and moved to Odessa at the age of 5. Brian, at a very early age, had a love of music and sound. At the age of 13 Brian started to play guitar. He graduated from Permian High School and after graduation went on tour playing music and to this day, still plays in the Midland-Odessa area. Brian has been married to his high school sweetheart, Amy, for 25 years and they have one son. His family means the world to him. Over the years Brian has opened up for acts like Jason Aldean, Spencer Davis Group, Denny Laine from Wings, and many other top name groups. As life slowed down the time came for Brian to take his passion for music and sound and apply it to Audiology. Brian loves helping people and his great grandmother’s deafness and his own challenges with hearing loss drove him to become a State Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. Brian is a member of the International Hearing Society (IHS), and the Texas Hearing Aid Association (THAA). His care for his clients and his knowledge of the industry has lead to many people being helped in their hearing journey.
