With COVID-19 developments changing, and following the latest guidance from the CDC, the following measures are in place to protect you, other patients, and our team.

  • Waiting rooms remain closed. Patients that need hearing aid maintenance will be asked to knock on the door where their hearing aids will be collected, then returned to you, protecting you from entering the building and sitting in the waiting area.
  • If you have a scheduled appointment we ask you to remain in your vehicle and call us on arrival, you will be asked questions from the COVID questionnaire and your temperature will be checked before the door is opened solely for you. You can call 432-689-2220.
  • Patients with remote capabilities in their devices have the option of telehealth appointments.
  • If you are a new patient that is visiting for an evaluation, please call us on arrival and you will be invited through our back door which allows easier access to our sound booths and evaluation rooms.

These measures are in place to protect you and put your well-being as the number one priority

If you have any questions or need any help, please call (432) 689-2220

Do you know somebody that needs to see this? Why not share it?

Dr. Sally Miranda

Dr. Miranda was the first doctor of audiology to qualify in Midland, TX, in 2000. She started her career working for a busy ENT practice but soon realized the pressurized environment wasn’t suitable for her, as she felt unable to give her patients the full care and attention she believed they deserved. In 2007, she founded All About Hearing. Since then, Dr. Miranda and her team have helped thousands of local people – from children to grandparents – to better care for their hearing health, through their “family approach” to patient care.
