With COVID-19 developments changing, and following the latest guidance from the CDC, the decision has been made to introduce new measures to protect you, other patients and our team.
From Monday 23rd March, only pre-scheduled people will be able to access the office.
- Patients that need hearing aid maintenance will be asked to knock on the door where their hearing aids will be collected, then returned to you, protecting you from entering the building and sitting in the waiting area.
- If you have a scheduled appointment, please call us on arrival and the door will be opened solely for you. You can call 432-689-2220
- If you are a new patient that is visiting for an evaluation, please call us on arrival and you will be invited through our back door which allows easier access to our sound booths and evaluation rooms
